Dear Friends of the farm (FoF–ha ha!),
Alas! The season has ended. I haven’t written earlier because every time I was about to write, someone came back with a big container of berries. These were motivated, patient people. At this point, the picking is berry by berry, even in our not so secret far back part of the field. At least three bushes have big clumps of pink berries ripening and that is it for big clumps. We’ll stay open for a little while more until some canny gambler calls the weather just right and gets here for those last clumps of berries.Meanwhile, we hope you’ll join us for Christmas trees beginning Thanksgiving weekend. There are LOTS and LOTS of Christmas trees.
Thank you so much for coming and we hope to see someone who’s wanting those last berries!
Love, Kesaya and Chris
